why do you get picked to work in the galley in the navy?
my son had to start working in the galley on his ship in the navy. He is really nervous about it. Why do you get picked to do this? Is it really bad to work in?
Everyone has to do it, and to answer the first guy nucs have to do it to, it just depends on the ship. The only way to “luck” out of it is if you report to a ship that is really undermanned in your divsion and can’t afford to let you go. It’s a shitty job but a good way to show what you made of to those it matters to.
